Save Our Orbit (the “App” or “Game”) is developed and published by Lookstar Studios (company name: Lookstar Klaudia Szymczak) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are located in Poland and operate under the act of March 6, 2018, on the law of entrepreneurs, article 5 on unregistered activities.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you download, install, and play the App. It also outlines your rights and how you can manage or delete your data.

This data is processed solely to guarantee the correct operation of in-game features such as (but not limited to):
– “Achievements,” ensuring that achievements are visible for the player and the player’s friends’ accounts on the Meta Quest platform
– In-App Purchases to process DLC purchases

Currency we don’t store any user data, but to implement planed features, we might start store anonymous user data, guarantee the correct operation of in-game features such as (but not limited to):

Data we collect is stored only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Once those purposes are met, we securely erase the data.

we recommend titling your message “Requesting Data Deletion”. We will verify your identity before deleting your personal data. Once your identity has been verified, we will delete all personal data we hold about you.

We rely on the security measures provided by the services we use, including Unity and Meta, to protect your data.
We strive to use industry standard networking systems to provide a safe data transmission between Our Products and the aforementioned service providers, noting that there is no system that can guarantee absolute security under all circumstances.

In-App Purchases

Product includes in-app purchase systems that let the User obtain exclusive items or functionalities by purchasing them with real currency. These in-app purchase systems are provided by Meta. Lookstar Studios has no access to sensitive User data relative to in-app purchases such as billing data, identity or payment information and is only able to know if an User successfully completed a purchase. All payments are processed by the in-app purchase providers according to their own payment, privacy and refund policies.

Third Party Sites

The App may include links or widgets for other services (e.g., social media, analytics). Those sites have independent privacy policies—check them before sharing information. We have no liability for their practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the effective date of changes. For significant changes, we will also publish an in-App notice.

Children’s Privacy

We’re committed to protecting children’s personal information. We collect only what’s necessary, keep it only as long as needed, and securely delete it when it’s no longer required.
